The B. Harley Bradley House is in need of a little TLC, and we are asking the community for assistance! Two great ways to help would be to ‘Buy a Bucket’ of paint/stain or fund a ‘Painter for a Day’. The cost of the stain/paint is $75.00 per bucket (gallon). We need many buckets of paint and a crew of painters for a couple of weeks at $500.00 per painter per half-day.Donors will be invited to and recognized at the Preservation Party.

The present exterior wood trim hasn’t had a full painting since 2018; and then that was only the first floor of the House, Breezeway and Stable/Carriage House. Raymond Eads has worked diligently on the Porte Cochere in 2023 and Hemenover Construction painted the new and existing wood trim during the Veranda Restoration Project in 2022.
This project is the cleaning/scraping of the present exterior wood trim, caulking and patching as needed and then priming and finish painting. Some locations may require the replacement of portions of the rough sawn cedar trim. The painting cost is $35,200. In addition, an allowance of $5,000 is needed for wood trim repair/replacement.
